Depending on how many units we manage, we rate as low as possible and you just pay for our service and major repairs. We are a group of individuals with work needs, so we created a different service to provide you. We started managing our own multi-families properties in the state of Florida and all of Texas 15 years ago, then we learned the needs of our customers, employers, employees, and tenants, so that is why we came with the idea to fulfill your expectations in a property management. Rate: For a single-family home up to 2,000 sq. ft., we charge 10% of monthly rent and landlord pay for repairs or 0.50 cents per sq. ft. This includes minor repairs up to $500 expenses for up to 2,000 sq. ft. and $1,000 expenses above 2,000 sq. ft. For condos less than 10 units, we charge 10% of the monthly rent per unit, no repairs included or a flat rate including repairs depending on the size per unit. For condos above 10 units, the charge is 10% of the monthly rent per unit not including the repairs or a flat fee depending on the amount of units.
