FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate settlement fees and NO junk fees. Once we receive an executed contract, we are happy to prepare a preliminary settlement statement for any party so they can see the breakdown of fees including third party fees such as county recording fees, lien search, survey, etc.. We want you to know exactly what to expect from the process. We will also beat any written estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as you come to our office or contact us via telephone or email, we make sure to explain the steps of a closing with you. We will gather some necessary information to get started and make sure we ask for your lender information, and realtors if any, to ensure all parties are involved and included.
