Alessandra Alessi is an experienced and certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist with long experience in Yoga, Breathing and Stretching Technique.
No previous experience is needed because she will start where you're at and gradually, safely progress the training sessions to reach your goals.
She speaks Italian, English and Espanol.

Being active is to me something necessary like eating and sleeping.
I know we easily forget about it, because the effects (positive or negative) aren't immediate, but they are more visible in the long term. Even being aware of this, I haven't always been active, but this has brought me more awareness on how much I NEED to be active!
When I was inactive, I started having pain. The pain was the consequence of injuries and bad posture.
Being active definitely helped me to control my pain and left me with more energy, feeling healthier and happier. I am very excited to help others experience the same!
