Steven and I train together twice a week for a few weeks now. I have to say that even though his workouts kick my behind, I am gaining muscle, feel stronger, losing weight, and working out is getting easier for me. Steven's skill is outstanding and surpasses my expectations. He set goals with me and he listened to my needs and wants, letting me have input on goals which many of my past trainers did not do, and I have already met those goals. We created more goals and I will be knocking those out soon! Steven really knows how to help your body get to where you want it to be, offers advice about health and nutrition plans, and even has me starting kickboxing soon because I have always wanted to learn how to kickbox. Thank you so much for your amazing sessions, Steven. I cannot wait to continue working hard with you for months to come.

Steve is awesome! I have known him for 3 years and his workouts are never boring. He is caring and inspiring and pushes me to do exercises that I didn't think I could do. I always feel very empowered when I workout with him!

Great trainer keeps me motivated. it's essential to have a trainer that can help me loose weight and keep me motivated to do aerobics and weights. and when it comes down to it he pushes to the next level. Highly recommended!

thank you for all of your help with my flexibility and strength. since i'm aging, i'm trying to keep my body as strong and as flexible as it can be through my age.
