Mr Shelton.. first thanks for reviewing. However, you left a couple of things out. Like when you took the water for testing, you were told it was perfect. As we did explain when you have a green pool, the process is to clear/restore before changing the filter. Pool was clean, timer pin replace.as agreed. Thanks again and congrats on your new purchase.

There was a misunderstanding - we quoted monthly routine pool cleaning service. Client was available a month later to see the pool for the restoration of the green algae.
