Joe's is probably the 1st service company that I've used in south florida that I would be more than happy to recommend for so many reasons. Right from the start they were professional, reliable, dependable and honest.
I have a very large home with 60 sets of windows. I thought about 25 needed repairs. He gave me a per window quote, then showed up that afternoon to see. He went through and lubricated all of my windows (without charging me) and said only 5 sets needed repairs. And the price per window did not change..Cost me a fraction of what I expected, that never happens, and they did a fantastic and clean job!
I just can't complement enough, I'm not used to that kind of service!

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is the fact they did not clean after themselves. They left about 14 old and new screws on the deck. Besides that everything was good

Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
Joe did a great job removing what my house's previous owner considered a chimney cap with an appropriate cap that keeps rain from coming down my chimney. He was very nice and punctual. I'd contact him again in the future.
