I have worked with Julian for 2 months already and I find him very professional and knowledgeable. He has the ability to pinpoint your weaknesses and areas of improvement and tailor a training program to effectively address them. He is constantly monitoring your progress and providing meaningful feedback and adjusting the intensity of the training as necessary. He also supports you while working out; motivating you, making sure your posture is right and providing a lot of information as of why you have to do that specific exercise, the mechanics of the exercise, and how this exercise fits in the bigger picture of your training plan, which I personally find very helpful. Besides, he is very approachable and his stamina really engages you to keep working. I really enjoy working out with him. Julian exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend him.
Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!
I have been in this fitness program for about 5 months and have done Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Zumba, spinning, water cardio, kickbox cardio, total body conditioning, boot camp conditioning, HIIT interval training, cardio intervals, and core N more. All trainers are highly qualified and committed and devote enough time to each student to make sure we are getting a proper workout and doing everything correctly. This is a superb program and I highly recommend it to everyone who is seeking to get fit and who needs to motivation to workout. I have lost 8 lbs and toned my body. I feel healthier and full of energy everyday. And get this, you can take as many classes as you want for $69 for month. Can you beat that?
I've been working with Damian for the past month at his private gym in the Aventura area and he has definitely taken my workouts to the next level. He is extremely attentive throughout our sessions, often working out right along with me, and always making sure I push myself as hard as possible. While his space is small, he has managed to pack it full of every piece of equipment you need and he keeps everything immaculately clean. Whether you are just looking to get in shape or you want to add serious intensity to your existing routine, I would highly recommend giving Damian a try.
I have had Judo and martial arts training with Jon Paul during the past three years in Miami. I have found Jon Paul to be an excellent trainer, very flexible and adaptable to people of different age groups, fitness level, and backgrounds. I used your website in order to find a personal trainer. a few people contacted me and of those I had to pick one. My intention was to talk with them all and even meet with them then make my decision. I reviewed all the info posted about them. My first pick was Daniel Larson. i simply knew i had to go no further. He is the best personal trainer i have had, and I had a few. Here is why. Its hard to find someone who is committed. Daniel is punctual (90% of life). He walks in with energy, lifts my spirits when I am down, and I have been on many occasions, makes me smile before he starts going through my routine, which, by the way, is well-written up for me, with a little note on the side giving each day a unique name. He takes into consideration what's best for the client, he talks to you, discuss your needs, goals, long term, short term, your commitment to be healthy, he encourages you to do your best, he is very health conscious. He spends the time trying to encourage you to do the best for yourself without going over the limit. I am sure this can be said about a lot of trainers but sustainability is something that does not often last long after clients are recruited. Daniel is not one of those trainers. The intensity is still there, his commitment to me is even higher, never let's me give up-a gentle "pusher" with only positive thoughts. He helps me with my "diet", nutrition, advises me on great health foods without "stepping over the line". He became a friend without losing his professionalism. He never watches the time, never in a hurry to rush you through the session, money obviously is not his primary and sole goal, it's seeing the look of health and satisfaction on his client's face. In addition, there is one special thing-he takes me to the point where I actually like exercising, it's not so much repetition but quality of each exercise-when you are just about to say "one more push up and i am going to quit", at the point where i would give up and give out - he lets up at that precise moment as if he read my thought, which puts a smile on my face and encourages me even more. He knows his stuff, is great to work with, and is simply the best. Ladies, guys, if you need a great trainer, a great guy, then I can tell you Daniel is the man!!! Commitment is his virtue, result is his gratification.
I enjoy every moment of training even when the sweat is dripping into my eyes. About 4 months ago I started training with Brian and I have lost 30 lbs. The nutrition advice is great and easy to follow, he lays all of the information out in a very understandable way. Also the motivation that he provides has been the spark that allowed me to obtain my goals. He also trained my daughter that is on the high school swim team in nutrition and High Intensity Training, including sprints.
Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.
Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
To start off, Matt's Sunrise HIIT training system is top quality. Even though I've been exercising for years and would consider myself an elite athletic individual, Matt was still able to push me above and beyond my limits. The exercises were always different and they constantly challenged my muscles with new circuits. Matt was always on time when he trained me at my place or at a designated gym. If there were any issues with meeting up to exercise, Matt was understandable and he was effective at working around my schedule. More than anything, I signed up for Sunrise HIIT to build muscle, add variety to my existing exercise routine and push pass any plateaus that I was experiencing. We achieved all of the above, and to me, that's true value when you obtain the results you set out for. Thanks Matt.
