I recently hired Dan for a private dinner party I hosted (for a bachelorette party). From our first conversation - I was impressed. I didn't know how I was going to pick a chef without ever tasting their food, but he made it SO easy. He gave me options to choose from and tweaked things to our liking. He prepared delicious hor d'Oeuvres, appetizers, entrees and dessert for us. The food was amazing! And he was so laid back and easy to get along with. It was such a fun night and the best part - he cleaned! :) I would 100% recommend hiring Dan for any event, large or small. He will not disappoint! Thank you so much, Dan! Damaris was incredible. Not only as an officiant to our ceremony, but also by helping organize our bridal party, keep our bride at ease and recommend placement of the procession. She handled the wedding like a pro. She did our ceremony in bilingual nuptials and spoke clearly to the crowd. I highly recommend Damaris for a wedding of any size.
Barbara was fantastic! She arrived to my party venue early to set up and was very courteous from beginning to end. I had a specialty cocktail menu and she nailed every drink. We were hosting an engagement party at our house for 20 people and decided to hire Paella VIP to make paella and tostones on-site. It was very easy to coordinate the menu and schedule for the event. Jorge, the owner, was very responsive to our messages and questions. The chef arrived early to setup and start preparing the food, carefully not disrupting any of the other preparations. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Everyone had large portions and greatly enjoyed their food. Highly recommended!

Had a 50th birthday party and it was a 70th theme and he was a night to remember because Social Butterfly Events, (SBE) brought my vision to light. The one thing I requested was a dessert bar and I must tell you the cupcakes came in different flavors and I fell over with the banana pudding and red velvet cupcakes. I have used (SBE) 4 times...and this is definitely my go to Event Planner for sure.
