There is no question that hiring Isabella Stvillier, Everything Catered Events was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning endeavors. Prior to meeting Isabella, I was overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed. As a perfectionist, it is not easy for me to delegate tasks to others. I had no idea where to start and who to trust for guidance. I knew I desperately craved a wedding planner, but I had some reservations: 1.) Will she listen to our wedding vision/needs/wants? 2.) Does she have a good reputation in the “wedding world”? 3.) Could we afford a wedding planner? During our first meeting with Isabella, I remember literally feeling my anxiety, stress and concerns diminish during our time together. Isabella is a gorgeous and classy woman (inside and out) who radiates positive and soothing energy. She exudes confidence in her work and abilities as a professional; I never felt she was trying to “sell herself”. She was genuine and informative. She addressed all the questions/reservations I had without me having to ask them. Unlike other event planners, she creates a custom package for her services based on each couple’s budget and needs. Without hesitation, we hired Isabella as our wedding planner! Isabella won us over by sustaining and surpassing her exceptional work ethic time and time again. She’s organized, prompt and respectful. Hiring Isabella as a day-of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. It was a special blessing to be able to spend precious time with our families before our ceremony and know that Isabella and her wonderful husband were setting up and making sure every detail was in place. She helped us with some last-minute fixes and even added thoughtful extra touches that coordinated with our theme and color scheme! We were so glad to have her there to discreetly guide us through our reception when we were in a happy fog; we wouldn’t have known what to do without her there. Isabellaa’s passion for weddings combined with her organization and attention to detail make her worth far more than the rates she charges.
