- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge both repair and parts being used with one price. Depending on what the device needs is what I will be charging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow the steps of asking how the customer is feeling today, then proceed to ask what is wrong with their device. We then proceed to next step based on the topic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gain a fair amount of customer service experience from various jobs I’ve worked in the past and am proud of how I treat all my customers.
