Absolutely incredible. I was a self employed contractor for 30 years. These guys are the best I have seen in roofing.Nov 14, 2017Verified
Follow through. Provide the Tarp I paid for two weeks ago or refund my $400.00. I was promised it would be on my roof in 48 hours 😢. I paid you for something FEMA gives out for free and you never delivered! Very disappointed 😔Nov 7, 2017VerifiedLindsay G.'s reply
We completely let this customer's job slip thru the cracks right after Irma, where one trap crew thought the other did it and the other thought they did it. When Miss Dawson brought it to our attention, we tried to remedy the situation and then had another miscommunication on the timing and did not meet our high standards. We have now taken care of the situation and appreciate Miss Dawson working with us and letting us fix the situation the best we could after the letdown on our side. We strive to exceed customer expectations with value and service but this time we failed due to the scramble after a disaster, and miscommunication but will strive to make sure it does not happen again to anyone else.
Bay To Bay Roofing did a wonderful job on my house on Davis Island. The had a great price (military discount), were extremely professional, and took the time to make sure my wife and I understood the whole process. I can't tell you how happy we are with our new roof thanks to Bay To Bay...great job guys! I highly recommend before you contract with another company, you give them a shot...I know we are! Geno was very responsive to calls. Answered all questions even gave me a referral for attic repair needed. Job completed in under 2 days. Most affordable roofer using Owens Corning shingle of the 8 estimates I received.Jun 1, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is all inclusive! Many companies will give you a price that is much lower than other companies but fail to disclose that there will be additional costs for accessories, permits, waste, clean up etc. This can ad hundreds of dollars and it is in the fine print that they can charge you. The only thing extra that can come up with us is if there is rotten wood above what we anticipate, that has to be repaired and fixed to code. It is important to ask any roofer the details of what is included.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Roofing has been a family business for over 20 years. I have known it and learned it since I was a boy. I love the industry and helping people with all their needs and take pride in every job my company performs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure that that you make any contractor you consider workign with show you updated, proof of Insurance, Workman's Compensation insurance (not just liability), Certifications, Licenses, etc. Just because people say they have them does not mean they do. Many companies do not carry workman's comp which is not only illegal, but it also puts your home and financial health at risk if a worker should get injured on your property. Also, make sure the company has roots in the area and is here for the long haul. Warranties mean nothing if your contractor picks up and leaves in a year.
