The exercises and workouts provided by certified specialists follow a specific, scientifically proven method while including variety and surprise. Try us for FREE!! We have VERY competitive pricing that includes a variety of packages to fit ANY budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We address your goals and concerns for training. Next you will complete a FREE body fat composition test and targeted circumference measurements. Additionally, we will do FREE nutritional counseling so that your eating style fits your outcomes to get those results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as nutritional counseling for assisting with meal plans (We are NOT licensed nutritionalists or dieticians). I also have a Bachelor's AND a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine.
