- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the length of lessons and instrument. Lesson lengths offered are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. I offer pay per lesson and also monthly payment plans (discounts offered for monthly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any music lesson with a very beginner, the very first lesson is like an intro to the instrument, starting with the most necessary basic knowledge and figuring out an organized lesson plan with materials, etc. Others who are non beginners, we would figure out where they're at, what their goals are and organize books/materials as well to go from there. No matter what level, it is always important to know what the client desires most to achieve with the lessons and make sure that is always a goal were working towards.
