FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please visit my website for prices- All sessions are monthly packages 1-2-3x a week. Add $15 per session if adding another client to the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free fitness consultation, this helps both of us get a feel for each other. I believe it's important that there is trust and comfortable feeling among a client and trainer relationship. I prefer to meet at a local coffee shop near your house or the lobby/club room of your apt/condo complex for our initial consultation. If your comfortable with me coming to your house that's fine as well! I leave it up to you and your comfort level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors degree is in Athletic Training from SIU-C and masters degree from UW-Lax in Human Performance . I've been a personal trainer for 18 years and have worked in big gyms, small studios, and in home over that time. I was an instructor at a technical college for a Personal training curriculum for 2 yrs and also had my own in home meal prepping business and personal training company. Since I’ve been in MN, I’ve competed in 3 physique/bikini competitions and started a Residential Health and Wellness Co.
