FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always meet with potential clients via a free 15 minute consultation so he/she may decide if we are a good fit. It always makes everyone more comfortable and allows people to know what they are getting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a complete background of the client including what they consider to be their greatest assets and areas of opportunity. I then, through a series of questions, gain an understanding of that client's goals....what they hope to get from a coaching relationship. We go from there. This means setting personal and professional goals, establishing a plan around how to get there and execute. We discuss what setbacks will look like and how he/she will handle them so they are simple a matter of course and not something they react to as a result of being surprised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA by trade and have now earned a CPC (certified professional coach) certificate. I worked in the corporate setting for 27 years and have coached employees and teams of people during that period.
