- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a base rate and is subject to change in order to provide sufficient and quality service. Please be advised a non-refundable deposit is required up front in order to secure the services being requested. Once a total for the entire service has been negotiated and agreed upon, any other additional requests may accrue an additional cost. All fees must be paid in full prior to services being provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, I like to obtain a basic format of the event taking place to include theme, number of guests, as well as the outline of what sort of food expecting to be served. (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner). From start to finish, it is imperative that communication is consistent between my customer and myself in order for the process to go smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught over the years. I have picked up several recipes along the way and furthermore, I love to experiment with different spices and herbs.
