Pro was courteous and responsive. Price was excessive to troubleshoot 1 light switch. I provided the replacement switch. Would never consider hiring this company again due to their pricing, although I have used them many times in the past. However their pricing is now over the top, with no mention of discount for military, veteran, or first responder.

Connor and Michael showed up within timeframe given. We had three ceiling fans installed. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up the areas afterwards. I feel David Gray is a little more expensive, but the job was done right.

They did not did much but is highly appreciated, I moved to Michigan and the contractor we got said that our ceiling fans may have a malfunction because they don’t work. Whole time one of the lights was dead and just needed a change of bulb and the ceiling fans remotes were in opposite rooms. They fixed that in like 5 minutes and called me to told me what it was and how they fixed it… that was $215. I was pissed. Not at this company, even though I thought the price was a lot for literally not even 15 mins… but the contractor who couldn’t find out the bulb was dead and the remotes were not in the right places… I could’ve done that. But I’m not there and it was a bit frustrating… but it is what it is. They were very informative, punctual, and suggested another thing that may be a hazard. But I was already paying $215 for a change of bulb and moving remotes to one room to another… I do feel they should adjust pricing for stuff like this. If they charged me like $50 since no bulb costs almost $100, (at leas not the one they changed). If I was charged the $64 for the estimate, and $50 for what was done which wasn’t much, I would’ve paid for the suggestion they gave us and probably walked out of my house with maybe $30 extra dollars on top of the final price I paid… anyways. We live in a money gauging society and everyone wants money regardless of your problem being good or bad. I suggest you guys to try and negotiate pricing, or call a friend that you know is good at what he does being a handyman and electrician.
