Introduction: We provide OSHA-authorized 10-hour and 30-hour safety training for construction, general industry, and maritime workers. Students who'll complete these courses are given an appropriate OSHA completion card. Michael J. Liles is a Jacksonville, Florida native, and has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial temporary help industry. He has worked with international, national, as well as small, independent temporary services. He has interviewed, hired, assigned and verified the talents and abilities of literally thousands of workers for thousands of client companies. These workers ranged in skills from simple, general laborers up to first-class crafts personnel, as well as supervisors and superintendents. The skilled workers ranged in disciplines, such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and pipe fitters, concrete finishers, drywall specialists, welders, fitters, machinists (both inside and outside), heavy equipment operators, etc. These disciplines were used by various companies in general industry, construction, as well as maritime industries. Liles has written and developed the safety program for a number of companies that have employed him. His interest in expanding and developing the OSHA training program(s) was to assist workers in developing an additional value for their current or potential employers.
