- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and honest. We have small and affordable monthly payments. We change our programs according to what kind of problems that the homeowner is in need of. We include FREE service calls if any other issues arise in most situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain and educate on what we will be working with them on doing to better protect there home from all sorts of pests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with over 50 years experience between our owners, I am required to reregister my license with the state on an annual basis with continuing education units I have to earn through new training classes.
