I went to the Riverside Arts Market this past weekend and was looking for a healthy lunch. John made me the best salad bowl with lentils and salmon. The ingredients were all so fresh and it was delicious! It was such a great find. I wish I could have purchased his pre-made foods to take home but I wasn't going to be home until late in the evening. Definitely going back!

I had the guacamole and chips at the Stuart Green Market and it was amazing and so fresh!!
