Very knowledgeable. Teaches me which moves target which muscle groups. Also shows me how to get the most out if each exercise with proper form. I have improved a great deal and reached some personal goals with his guidance.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I became a firefighter after 911 I became a PT because I found that firefighters were at such risk of injury I wanted to help them stay safe and healthy.
