Mr Tripp has managed several properties that my family owns under our LLC. He has helped us purchase properties and has sold them as well. As far as managers go I have not encountered anyone who is as quick to respond to issues. He provides us peace of mind that our homes are being taken great care of and makes himself available all the time. Artemis Management Company did an incredible renovation job on my house in Jacksonville. Their work was excellent. Within 3 days they had certain areas of my house demolished to make way for flooring, drywall, carpentry (adding a new bathroom) and painting. They finished the entire job in 2-1/2 weeks and under budget. I am impressed!

    Ok what can i say about elizabeth or betty like a use to call her she recently helped me buy a home in Miami fl This was my first time buying a home, and Beth's expertise and advice was invaluable. She was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond. Can’t recommend her enough.It was a pleasure to work with Her. A very kind person, helping us with a lot of time and dedication to get the house that we were looking for and not a house to buy quick. It took several houses to go around looking at the good and the bad and we didn't get the pressure with her to get a home which wasn't the right one for us. She always was trying to be sure that we were buying "our house".Once we found it, she took care of every single detail with the seller's Realtor to complete all paperwork, inspections and any requests to the sellers. And more she was like mu secretary oh my god she help me a lot We are enjoying our house and we have only a big thanks to her because she was on our side at all times and we got "our house".
