- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As stated in my Company name "Cain Custom Cleaning" my services are designed to meet individual needs. I offer military and customer referral discounts. If someone is in a serious financial hardship situation, I will work with them on pricing, specific terms and conditions acceptable to both the client and my business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked personally with many scenarios and clients with specific needs. My clients range from regularly weekly/bi-weekly, as needed residential. Also major contractors remodeling National Guard Armory Living quarters, Camp Blanding training command center remodeling, and move in/move out cleaning for Property Management Co. Rental homes., office cleaning, surgical facilities, and restaurant expansions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My personal advice is to ask any questions regarding products, let the provider know if you have specific requests. I consider all situations and being a commercial and residential cleaning service, prices vary. Also ask if not advertised about background check and licensing. Never worry about asking questions. You are paying for a service and you should know what you are getting in return for your money.
