I was gifted organizing services for Christmas last year from my daughter. Yasmeen is extremely kind and understanding. We had long discussion about what I wanted and she listened and bounced ideas around. She saw what I need hep with in my kitchen and drew up a sketch of my dream kitchen. She was patient with me as I didn't want to let go of some items and keepsakes I had been holding onto for years. She also deep cleaned the kitchen so it would be like new. I enjoyed the process of working with her most of all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are sold in 3 hour sessions. One session is $150.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typical speak with the client to get an idea of their organizing needs, collect photos, and devise a plan for how we will achieve their goals. Once we agree on a day to start, I will show up to complete a total of 6 hours per day. I order products on Amazon when needed and can bring them to install in a clients space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO and completing my certification to become a Certified Professional Organizer.
