He needs to be more professional and responsible with his clients. He came to my house to get a quote for painting, and when he saw that I needed vinyl flooring and bathroom remodeling, he said he had the experience to do all the work and that he would call his team and deliver the entire job in a week, more than enough time. But what happened is that the painting job started off well, but when we started the job, he only put irresponsible people on the job, and one of them was apparently under the influence of drugs. So more than a week went by and not even 30% of the job was finished, and when they started working on the floor, it was clear that they didn't know what they were doing. They destroyed several boxes of vinyl flooring, trying to install and uninstall it, several holes were left in the floor and it was already more than two weeks into the job and not even 35% of the job had been done. The bathroom remodeling was a mess. They asked me to buy a bunch of materials, all of which were wrong, and in more than two weeks they only managed to demolish the bathroom and install the shower floor, which was very poorly done after the water test. The thing is that my house is small (a townhouse). I hired him on the 11th and on the 29th I had to fire him because the work was incomplete, poorly done, damaged materials, 10 days of hotel expenses due to the delay in the work, the cost of canceling a New Year's trip, not to mention that he asked one of his employees to pick up 3 toilets and a floor tile for the house renovation, but the employee disappeared and he didn't reimburse me for the cost of the 3 toilets and the tile he picked up at Lowes. With all of this, the painting was incomplete, and with this professional, I only accumulated stress and financial losses.
