Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My partner and I both possess extensive expertise and decades of experience in our fields. We take great pride in our work and what we do very seriously. Our prices reflect that. However, we do offer different packages and product bundles and the occasional special. We also make it a point to reward consistency and longevity with discounts. You can find more details on our prices, packages and any specials on our website or simply give us a call to find out more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends a bit on the type of Service. We offer a Personal Training Intro Session for $50 at our private Gym in Mandarin, exclusively available to our Clients at no extra charge. When it comes to our Nutritional Services, we typically will have a conversation via phone, email or in person about your goals and what our Services entail and then it is up to you to choose between just Single Sessions or various monthly Programs. We offer nearly all our Services in person or virtually.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having been active in sports since my childhood, I learned very early on how important nutrition is. For fuel and recovery, for the body you want, but most importantly also for optimal health. After the premature loss of both my parents and my husband to Cancer within just a few years, I knew that I wanted to use my extensive knowledge to help those who are looking and needing to make changes, but are struggling to find their (nutritional) way on their own.
