Thomas Drake of A New Leaf Painting, prepared a detailed estimate after assessing my property and work request. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and was able to explain some technical issues in a way that was easily understood. His proposal included: Scope of work Purposed material information and copies of his insurance and business license. Don't hire unlicensed contractors it is illegal to work without a license, but did you we homeowners can be fined for hiring them as well!
