- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices very depending on the day of the week, time of year, number of items rented, delivery location distance etc. we offer discounts for multiple items rented. Delivery is normally free but we do charge a small gas fee for deliveries over 20 miles from our warehouse.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All reservations are made verbally by phone. There are so many details and questions we need to know that we have found a 10 minute phone call is much better than 30 emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My five years of service in the Navy really helped me to develop the personal discipline and the ability to pay close attention to detail which is critical to doing a quality job in this business.
