- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is by the hour but we offer discounts for 3 or more prepaid sessions. We have the option to hire one organizer or to hire two. We will help you decide what will work best for your specific project once we do our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me we will schedule a free consultation via Zoom or a phone call. In this call we will discuss what services you are wanting done and what your frustrations are with the areas needing decluttered. It is helpful if you provide me with pictures of your space, but this is not required. I will answer all of your questions and let you know what your package options are in order to fit your project within your budget. If you choose to move forward we will schedule an in home strategy session where we will iron out all of the details so we can get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and 10 years of experience working in homes within that context. I have completed 12 hours of professional organizer training and participate with ongoing trainings weekly to make sure I am up to date on all I need to know to get you the best possible results. I approach home organizing with a 'whole person' perspective, understanding there is a strong connection between physical environment and mental health.
