- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable for the Entire Community, I communicate with my clients all throughout my visits with their fur babies including pictures and often times I send videos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a detailed phone conversation regarding exactly what the client needs, pricing, dates and time. I then schedule a meet and greet in order for both parties to meet in person and then I am able to meet the fur baby/babies, with their parents present, before the needed service begins. All final arrangements including my payment options are also discussed at the meet and greet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of pet sitting and dog walking experience. I grew up my whole life with multiple pets. When our neighbors would go away for work/vacation, I would always take care of their fur babies. During my four (4) years of college, I would always take pet behavior/related elective courses in order to increase my knowledge of pets and their needs and behavioral traits.
