I was referred to Theresa by a physical therapist after I suffered a severe ankle injury. I'm so thankful! Theresa rehabilitated my ankle, got me back in shape after months of being unable to exercise, and helped me develop core strength that I assumed I'd never have again after giving birth to twins. She is incredibly knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and is patient, kind, and enthusiastic. I absolutely LOVE Arch Pilates and PT.
