I am so glad I found this Company. I have had great service. I had a futon put together, lights installed in the ceiling and emergency service when my sink leaked where the pipes underneath separated. Water was all over the floor. I plan on using him again for some other things I need done.Oct 26, 2019Fair & Honest Handyman/Plumbing Services's reply

Plumbing Pipe Repair
Changed 2 toilets, both toilets move when you sit down and they’re brand new. He opened a hole in back of shower, tells me the valve is bigger on the new valve and I must pay $100 more to install. After that being a NO, now I have an huge hole left by him! An existing piece was broken that I will be fixing with another plumber! As well as securing the 2 toilets... then he requires material from Home Depot adding up to $93... not to be deducted, just my expenses... then he decides he doesn’t need @ $60 worth, which when you partial return to Home Depot there’s a reduced return price! Cost me about $650 on simple task that’s not completed... and my other workers helped him! Then after asking me for a rating, I said I didn’t like the work to do so and I’d like to finish his mess.. he never replied! So hopefully this will help you choose a more responsible plumber! I would never hire him again!Oct 26, 2019VerifiedFair & Honest Handyman/Plumbing Services's reply
Miss Kiana, it confuses me to learn of your dissatisfaction several days after the work was done, seeing as when I was there you had nothing but nice things to say and stated how pleased you were with the work done. Please keep in mind I asked for your permission and made all the steps I was going to take very clear being the house is 50+ years old and most of your plumbing no longer falls into code and is not healthy to have. You even asked for cards before I left! Nonetheless, you shouldn’t have told me you understood that metal becomes brittle after several decades and that you were okay with me cutting a hole to look for a leak, which you stated you did not want to replace the valve just find the leak. If you would have been truthful with me and upfront about what you wanted like I was while I was there I’m more could have been done. Although it’s impossible to please everyone I strive for the utmost service. I quoted you $350 for two new toilets and one faucet and ended up doing two toilets, partial sewer line, leak check, and additional faucet and new stops (which I took back off after you became upset over costs) sorry you feel the job didn’t go well enough for you please just try to communicate more clearly with the next professional so people don’t start to think you are attempting to scam.
Quick response time, good service. Will call again if needed.Oct 21, 2019VerifiedFair & Honest Handyman/Plumbing Services's reply

Joshua is a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. He helped me with problems on my shower and tub faucets and showed me what he was doing along the way. He had to run to the store because I had the wrong part and he did it with passion. Thanks!Oct 5, 2019VerifiedFair & Honest Handyman/Plumbing Services's reply
