Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We keep our fees low and reasonable. Our prices are based on the complexity, audit risk, and time taken on the return filed. We have a history of never charging a fee to electronically file a return, which we maintain to this day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? As we prepare a new clients return we ask a lot of questions and educate them on tax laws that may benefit them, records they need to maintain for the following year, and ways they can improve their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?To keep up to date with tax laws I attend monthly meetings, receive email alerts of changes throughout the year from IRS and Florida Dept of Revenue, attend webinars workshops. IRS requires some continuing education, I am a member in good standing with NAEA and FSEA which require much more education than IRS requires.
