Kevin paid attention to my exact problem and didn't over charge to treat for potential bed bugs. Most companies have a minimum rate per room treated but my situation was different as we caught the problem immediately. Kevin inspected the room and treated the same day I contacted him. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He also seems to have a passion for what he does and great customer service skills. He was thorough and is reasonable in pricing. I strongly recommended him.
