I've been working with Halston for 3 months now and I am continuously impressed. He focuses on a customized set of exercises for my needs and easily adjusts to address any problem areas I bring up - nothing is cookie-cutter about his programs. I am most impressed by how knowledgeable he is about the underlying science and theory of the exercises he puts together. He is so much more than "just" a personal trainer. But, like a good trainer, he always pushes me to do more than I would myself.
Keith has got to be theee best personal trainer i have met thus far! Not only have i lost 20 pounds, i have gained muscle and strength training with him!! Hes funny, great personality and a great trainer. Cant get any better than that!!

I've always been skeptical of going to a gym, being a plus size woman.. however when. Meeting with Brandi and see how dedicated she was to my overall personal health goals, she made me feel super comfortable. The group classes are great because you still get the individual personalized training that you need, and nothing goes unnoticed. It took me a while to get up the courage to try Training for Warriors River City. I had an acl replacement and went through a year rehab on my knee, and needless to say, between the weight I put on and the pain in my knee I didn't feel like I could keep up. But with the support and encouragement from the amazing people here I'm well into my second week and I'm doing things I never thought I'd be able to, even before my surgery. They were able to modify things so i could safely workout and get the most from each session. I feel better than I can ever remember and the support is unbelievable. This is changing my life and I wish I had had this opportunity before. The staff is so incredible I can't even thank them enough. Everyone that is part of this program is supportive and friendly. The nutrition advice also has made a huge impact for me. Thank you for helping me find my warrior. Are you ready to find yours?

I met Chris through work friends at age 41 after they kept talking about Chris' bootcamp. At the time I weighed 230 lbs. with a goal to reach 210 lbs. After attending Chris' group fitness class on a consistent basis, I was able to drop 30 pounds and was in the best shape I had been in since my years spent in the U.S. Army in the late 80's. Chris provides a fun and motivating atmosphere and although he is very passionate about fitness, he never takes himself too seriously. After participating in his group fitness classes and putting in the necessary effort, I was able to complete Tough Mudder and Spartan race. My Gate River Run time improved as well. I encourage those new to fitness or folks who want to maintain or exceed their current fitness level to give Chris an opportunity to assist you. He provides encouragement when necessary and will push you too your limits if he seems that this is your personal fitness goal.
David held a personal trainer class for myself and a small group of my friends once a week. He inspired me to get my health and fitness back on track so that I felt better about myself from the inside out. Our workouts were tough, he pushed us to our limits while allowing us necessary modifications, water breaks, and laughter when needed. He was nothing but positive and encouraging!!!!
