The job was on the back of our sailboat to mount our wind and solar. So anything on a boat is difficult. The job is completed and looks great.

Was told old weld would be grinded out before new welding was done. This did not happen and he still didn't fix the problem. Also, he caused more damage to the brake cable by using it as a ground and fried the cable. Does not want to pay for damages.
STEEL's reply
Brad, Just finished bike and not able to return your call with message left that was just received. Did not inform you the weld previous would be ground out for may cause damage to bike. The engine housing should be removed as informed for sufficient weld application. You requested to weld as is for already paid a welder for initial weld. Brake cable was not attached to wheel housing therefore was a mechanical lack that was not informed of. The cable slipped down when arc initiated and caused connection. Never responded to not paying or to understand the issue. Already located brake cable for possible order of the 1970 -1980 motorcycle of Japan. Attention should have been address to be aware of loose wheel on axle and rear brake cable not attach. With such a low response of attaining correspondence and horrible review , may not achieve customer appreciation to your company.
