Introduction: We are very personable with our customers. We are licensed and Insured, and the only location in Jacksonville that has a shop with insurance. We also offer accessories for all types of gaming systems at a very reasonable price. We are open 6 days a week to accommodate customers.

While I have not used their business, I believe that their business strategy is subpar when it comes to ethics. I currently use Mechanical Turk, an Amazon based company to make chump change by taking surveys or completing simple tasks. This company, through username Travis Grant, posted a HIT (which is a task) to write a 4 or 5 star review for this company. Therefore, it is my belief that they are paying people to leave good reviews who have never used this company. In my opinion, this is like stacking the votes or stuffing the ballot boxes. I do not approve, which is why I did not accept the HIT. I want to warn other people to be wary of the good reviews, because they may have used Amazon Mechanical Turk to pay people to leave false reviews. Be wary of this company's ethical standards.

These guys are crooks! They are not customer friendly at all. They will lie to you about the status of your console. They originally told me 3-5 days. 2 months and 6 phone calls (and 6 different reasons why the console wasn't fixed) they told me to pick it up because they couldn't repair it. When I got there 2 weeks later they said the console was still disassembled. I am pretty sure they are stealing parts off of one console and using them on others. Absolute crooks!

never ever give your any device to them. I have been behind them for 5 months to get my laptop. they will every time tell tomorrow.

I took my laptop in to be fixed because it was so over run with viruses that I couldn't even log on anymore. They got rid of them all and showed me how to make sure it didn't happen again with the new virus protection they installed. Without my laptop running correctly I wouldn't be able to do my job.
