Carpet cleaners are usually lying thieving bait and switch scum. This guy isn’t. He just cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job and his price was totally fair and it was the price he quoted me on the phone. I recommend him.

Justin did a great job and was a great communicator throughout the process. In an industry that is known for hidden fees he quoted a job based on pictures and no up charges when he arrived. He cleaned sofas and chairs and brought them back to new. I cant wait to use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not upcharge on chemicals we use to clean, everything is included with are service. The only time the price will increase from the quoted price is if the customer asks for any additional carpet or tile to be cleaned once we are there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide an estimate either over the phone or in person which is free to do. We then schedule a time convenient for the customer, on date we scheduled we show up and take a look at the project to make sure we are in agreement of what needs to be cleaned, and then we start cleaning. You then get invoiced once the work is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of training on carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning
