Cliff has the perfect demeanor for being a dog training specialist....both calm and assertive (with pets and their owners haha). When we first met Cliff in 2009 we had a newly adopted 8 week old puppy with a lot of negative puppy behaviors. So many skittish, destructive and biting behaviors though that we were advised by two other trainers and a couple of family members to "give her back" to the pound and that she would be a potentially dangerous family dog to keep around and "unpredictable" around young children. Cliff provided puppy training to us over the course of several months and helped shape Maya into a more mellow young dog that year. After we had our son, Cliff returned to help make sure the transition went smoothly, that our dog Maya would know her place and be safe around the new baby, including practicing walking Maya next to the stroller and wagon and anything that could potentially make Maya react negatively. Cliff was fantastic and Maya has been an awesome family dog these past 7 years. Great on long car trips, mellow and tolerant of kid grabs on ears and tails, never growls or snaps when our 6 year old son or other small children would jump around her or touch her treats or food. We are so grateful that Cliff saved her from the pound round 1. Then after moving away to the D.C. area, and visiting our parents back in South Florida, Maya had a negative experience at a dog boarding facility in Palm Beach Gardens. She had been attacked (unprovoked at her last stay at a Dog boarding facility in Virginia requiring stitches, etc.) and we didn't realize that she had probably also been traumatized by this event and her next experience at a dog daycare might not be as enjoyable for her. She got into an altercation with another dog and one of the daycare handlers and was kicked out of the facility never allowed to return. I was told by the trainer there that it is "sad when a good dog goes bad". I was devastated!! Cliff came to the rescue again. He offered to immediately pick her up from me and board her for a few days while I visited with my parents and to train her while boarding and see if he could correct some of those nervous and potentially aggressive behaviors. He helped her work through some of those issues and took her into the community interacting with other people and dogs and she returned to us quite happy and like herself again. We are so grateful to have found Cliff 7 1/2 years ago and because of him we have the best, most gentle family dog we could imagine. SO glad he saw the potential in Maya and helped us through those negative behaviors!!
I am so impressed with the "Doggie Daycare" offered by Anna and Stephanie that I've committed to a regular weekly schedule. Bella is so happy with all the attention and the home atmosphere. Being that she is a small Chihuahua we've tried other facilities but Bella gets overwhelmed and scared with even the sight of real big dogs. Here there are no big dogs, just doggies like her.
Jamieson has been walking Darby for six years, beginning the week after I took her into my home. Jamieson is reliable, concerned, honest, dependable, trustworthy and most importantly, loves Darby as if she was her own dog. Darby has health issues special medical needs and Jamieson takes time to understand what is going on and is sure to call me immediately if she has any concerns about Darby in light of her condition. Darby is as happy to see Jamieson as she is to see me!!! We would be lost without her!
Lisa was a wonderful employee at Rover Come Over Doggy Daycare. She always put the needs of the dogs first before anything else. She made figuring out what each individual dog liked and needed her priority. She always paid strict attention to dogs in her care, took her job very seriously and was so loving and caring at the same time. When she was outside of work, at home, she was still thinking of ways to interact and help the dogs and she would bring her good ideas to work with her each day. She will be missed at Rover Come Over and any dog is lucky to be in her presence.
Tiffany took very good care of my dogs and cat. She kept in touch with us via text, and with photos. She definitely made our trip enjoyable and stress free. Will be using her services again. Definitely recommend her
I had Susan help me condition my dogs to walk on a leash. One has a lot of anxiety and the other is very strong, they both wanted to pull me down the road. Susan suggested using a coupler to walk them on a shared leash .what a difference! They actually responded very well to walking together and preferred it. I also had Susan do visits once a week to walk them herself, cheaper than doggie daycare and pretty sure they liked the visits better. I found her services to be very affordable and flexible.
Very professional, knowable. Answered all my questions. Gave me tips on grooming and training. She was right on time. I will be using Glamour Paws Salon again.

Jessica did an awesome job caring for my husky. She went above and beyond duties to comfort our husky, who as never been away from us so long, also taking care of my mail. I sincerely recommend Jessica for caring for your pet.
Susierae went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve unexpected circumstances. She is very professional and takes her business seriously. I would definitely hire her services again.
Lauren was great to work with and very friendly. My dog Duke really enjoyed his stay at her house. Duke is a friendly large yellow lab and some boarders have issue with his size. No issue for Lauren since she has a large property.
I hired Candi to take care of my dog during a period of time which I was in and out of town caring for a sick relative. Dogs know when a person has a fun loving spirit and they are soothed by people who exude confidence. Candi has both of these qualities. It is obvious how much she loves animals, and they love her right back! For the better part of a year we had Candi helping out twice a week but, as my schedule grew more erratic, there where stretches where we needed her twice a day and she really bent over backwards to accommodate our ever changing needs. I am very particular about whom I will entrust with the care of my dog (not to mention keys to my house), so I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found Candi - she's gem!
My pup, Milo, absolutely loved Roger the moment he saw him. There was an instant connection and I will forever trust him as my pet sitter and dog walker. The initial consultation was free and we got to learn more about the company and their services. After that, the first service was scheduled and daily reports about your pet are left on each visit. If you ever miss you pup, just go on Facebook and watch instant pics of your pet. I will definitely recommend Roger and FLA Pet Care to all my friends and family members. Good companies like this one is hard to come by. They're trustworthy, caring and love your pet as if it was their own.
Yarid is loving, caring and responsible. My Sophie gets walked several times a day and she is very happy, sometimes it's even hard for my precious princess to leave Pawbulous.
I cannot rate Rachel highly enough. Rachel has been working with my puppy, Dilly, since she was 3 1/2 months old. From the moment she entered our home there was a noticeable difference - literally. The slightly manic, over excited (but adorable and loving) puppy that was causing some in home agnst, immediately responded to her very kind but firm insistence on good behavior...AT THE FRONT DOOR. ON THE FIRST VISIT. From there we progressed such that Dilly kindly meets guests, enjoys cuddles from children and adults, comes when called, responds to her name, curtails jumping, walks on a leash, and sits, lies down, and stays on command. Dilly isn't yet six months, so we are not batting 1000, but she is learning, doing so, so we'll, and importantly, enjoys the training process. Potty training is a non issue. Dilly so loves when she sees Rachel at the front door. Critically, Rachel has taught me to be a good puppy Mom...she doesn't just train and go, she engages me in the process so that I can continuously reinforce good behaviors. She leaves print outs outlining simply what we have learned, and how to keep it going. She tells me, kindly, what I'm doing wrong and how to do better - I.e. modifying my tone, body language, treat frequency, etc. Everything is positive...and even a VERY skeptical family member aknowledged how Rachel's positivitve, reward based training yielded very quick results. As a busy professional, I appreciated Rachel's like professionalism...in terms of scheduling, promptness, invoice clarity, and follow up. I also now understand that she invests in her own development, so to stay current on dog training techniques. But when I phoned the first time it was a bit of a Hail Mary... It is aknowledged that in home training is not inexpensive - we actually opted for training vs. a short get away this year - but we viewed it as an investment in a new, loved family member that will pay dividends for years and years. Sort of like the decision to send your child to pre-school: a given. Rachel's rates are fair - if someone had asked me up front "what would you pay for a well behaved companion?" I'd say we got more than our money's worth. Rachel laid the ground work for our puppy early, and we now see that it creates an aptitude for and interest in ongoing development. Friends with a puppy the same age that have opted to spend a bit less for group training at a pet store have commented on the marked difference in how our puppies are developing. Rachel's ancilary services in terms of day care and boarding are convenient and terrific. Her facilities have the warmth of a home, and are immaculate and well suited. Dilly is happy, as she has clear boundaries, and we so enjoy our well behaved, joyful puppy that is wonderful with clients, friends, family and strangers. Hire Rachel. You and your pup will not be disappointed. A caveat...I do not give out many five star reviews.
Going for a long or short vocation? Maybe just a day trip. Whatever the case may be. Leave your furbabies in the care of someone who would take care and love your baby as much as you do! Your pup will be in great loving hands. I have pets for 30 years. I do understand them and know how to treat them.
