- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set you up as a new lead - Second we schedule a day and time to look at your job and send an estimator to look at your job and go over any questions or concerns you may have - Third we email you a free estimate - Forth if you except we set you up with one of our Foreman then the foreman will call you and schedule the job and answer any questions you may have - Fifth we do the job and when completed the foreman will walk the job to make sure everything has been done to your complete satisfaction - Last we contact our customers 1 month later to make sure there are no issues found and if there were we go back and fix them - our goal is to make our customers extremely happy and call us back for their next project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training along with past experiences makes us better everyday. We have over 35 years experience so we have seen it all. We have the knowledge from past mistakes, learned from them, so we don't repeat them on future jobs. From prep to clean up we know exactly how to handle each job.
