Twenty years ago I had the extreme pleasure and honor of having Marc train my at this gym Elite fitness in NJ. When I met Marc I had already lost 100 pounds, but still had so much more to go. My starting weight was 405 and I went on to lose a total of 265 pounds just by training and learning about nutrition, which Marc very carefully taught me about. I am currently 135 pounds at 46 years old and have kept the weight off for twenty years, even after having my two beautiful boys! Marc is a world of fitness knowledge who takes transforming bodies and minds very seriously , but with a warm, caring, and fun approach! I will be forever in debt to this wonderful friend of mine, and amazing trainer! You will not be disappointed, I promise!!!
