My daughter Hannah who is 9yrs old is taking lessons with Joyce. She had 2 years of piano lessons previously to Joyce. She wasn't happy and was learning from too many books at one time. Since Joyce has been giving her lessons she has been one happy girl. She loves to practice and looks forward to ever lesson. We are so thankful we found a teacher who is good at what she does and it shows at ever lesson. Thanks to Joyce, Hannah is blossoming!

We hired Dr. Dubler to play the piano for one hour for my son's 2 year old birthday party. It was important to us because our child can't play typical games because he has cerebral palsy, but he loves music! Dr. Dubler played the nursery rhymes that we requested, plus a variety of age-appropriate music. He was just wonderful and made the day very special!

My son Jake started piano lessons with Eriko when she was teaching at Baldwin Wallace college. He was 11 years old at that time and the experience was exceptional. We continued lessons until he started college with his major in piano performance. In addition to the piano lessons, jake attended summer music camps every year and the experience was wonderful. He met many new friends who had the same love of music that he did and they have remained in contact. If not for Eriko, I do not believe Jake would be where he is today. She was a wonderful and gifted teacher and I am so grateful for all that she did with Jake. He will be graduating in December from college with his major in piano performance. He has worked in several music theatre performances and most recently played piano and conducted in the BW musical "Dogfight". In addition, he accompanies other instrumentalists which is a skill he learned from Eriko. Eriko has truly shaped him into what he is today and has given him a great career track!

I have received vocal instruction with Dr. Galer since September 2013 and can recommend her services to anyone! I had in my mind several challenges why I couldn’t learn music at this time as I walked into my first lesson. First I am an adult learner with full time work and family. Second I come in with no knowledge of classical music crossing over from pop/gospel genre. Third I have been self taught prior to coming to her with no real foundation and understanding of music theory. What impressed me was that Dr. Galer was undaunted by my perceived “challenges” and reframed them into advantages. She put no unnecessary limits on me and did not just teach me notes on a page but she is teaching me how to have a relationship and honour my voice. She is vocalist, teacher and psychologist rolled into one! Her style involves not just singing songs but cultivating an appreciation for the art of music. I am a very left brained individual and once I let go my preconceptions of what vocal studies and vocal instructors were our lessons blossomed. She teaches me cornerstones of discipline, sound vocal technique, and that sometimes the shortest distance between two points in not a straight line. There have been challenges yes as there are things I have to unlearn and things I need to “catch up” with but 8 months in I am sticking with it with her and I have witnessed my musical competence and confidence increase. I have seen positive changes in my vocal power/strength, my relative pitch, my classical repertoire, my sense of timing and my vocal range. I am learning to sing both intelligently and from the heart. I cannot wait to see what the future holds! Thank you Dr. Galer for your patience and your commitment to this field

Oleksandra is very professional with her work and is highly recommended from us! We hired her to teach Piano for our 7 Year old, and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Most important our daughter who lost interest playing and learning piano with the previous teacher, soon as she started working with Oleksandra she loves it, enjoys it and practices daily . Good communication is priceless! Thank you Oleksandra!

Michael has been a big help in such a little time. His experience is more than the actual lesson itself. Even speaking about the history of his career makes a big difference in one's learning and further intensifies the piano lesson. He is a tremendous person to anyone not just looking for a teacher but also a coach and confidant. He will broaden your skill no matter where you would like to be in your playing career. He is patient, talented, brilliant and humble. Book him if you are looking for an all around instructor.

I wanted to start piano lessons for my 3 year old son and everyone thought he was too young. Not Michael! He gladly accepted the challenge and we are beyond pleased with the results. After only a few months, my son can now read music/notes and is working on a few songs. Michael is very patient, super punctual, and truly seems to love the art of music. I feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing teacher for my preschooler!

Finding a good piano teacher is very difficult for an adult who is really serious about wanting to learn how to play. Up until now, most teachers that I have encountered seemed only to be trying to make a quick dollar by exposing me to a few popular songs, the extent of their teaching skills being limited to showing me a few scales. And then came Raisa Isaacs. I've always dreamed about finding a piano teacher who not only possessed the knowledge that I craved, but also had the skills required to convey that knowledge to others. Raisa has taught me that merely sitting down at the piano is not enough. One has to learn about the composers whose music they are attempting to reproduce. One has to be aware of the many different interpretations of music written by the masters, and how to select the best ones. Her obvious enthusiasm serves only to motivate me to learn. So far, Raisa has provided me with a solution to every problem that I've approached her with. I'm sure that had I started lessons with Raisa years ago, I would now be much closer to the level of playing that I am trying to reach! I'd strongly recommend Raisa Isaacs to anyone who is serious about learning to master the piano!

Damaris is a wonderful instructor, who believed in my daughter which in turn made my daughter believe in herself and overcome her fears, find her singing voice, her acting talent and her piano skills. This woman is a Godsend and amazing for what I didn't think was possible (sorry daughter). I was glad to be proven wrong. Damaris is amazing when it comes to choreographing a production in short periods of time, the costumes, the sets and how she gets the students so involved. You see the love from these students for her. And the love she has for them. I almost want to say its magical! She is just AMAZING!
