My wife and I got married in Florida at a park on the Atlantic coast. We had some trouble with the weather and the original place we were getting married but Debra and our officiant Jennifer were great with everything and we are thankful that everything had gone so well. How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my sister & her husband decided to get married in the early 80's they asked me if I would do them the honor and officiate their wedding. I loved writing their vows and the whole process leading up to the ceremony. From there I officiated other family members & friends weddings & vow renewals. About 13 years ago I started BarefootElegantWeddings.com and placed a small ad in the yellow pages doing beach, backyard, garden and banquet hall weddings. Along the way I felt I wanted to go back to where I was born and spent most of my life, on my beloved Miami Beach, and that's how Beach WeddingsOfMiami.com came to be. I have moved to the Deland area and now have a wonderful team of officiants and that service South Florida up thru Central Florida.
