FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a luxury and personalized boudoir experience. While that doesn't put our services at the cheaper end of the spectrum, we do believe in providing value and memorable moments. Our entire boudoir experience is based on celebrating YOU, (each session is customized to be like a little party in your name!), and we believe anyone interested in having a boudoir session should be able to. For that reason, we do offer multiple options such as payment plans and customized reduced charges. Our Discovery Consultation helps us decide the proper session structure to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is getting as much relevant information about you before your session via a phone call, text or face to face or virtual meeting, this is called our Discovery Consult. Once we've collected the desired information to truly celebrate you, you reserve and secure a date by paying a Session Fee. This Session Fee secures your date, and covers your professional hair and make up, your actual photoshoot, editing and your Image Reveal. We send you our Client Guide, which is designed to have you totally prepared for your big day. Unless you've been approved for a flex payment plan, the Session Fee is due before your session begins. You will be given the opportunity to purchase add-on such as Prints, Albums / Books, etc. after your session. We work with a small group of hand selected printers and binders, and will act in your favor to get the quality products at our dealer prices. Once your physical products have arrived, we contact you to schedule your Image Reveal, where you will get your digital images and any other additional items you may have purchased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six years' experience working as a freelance videographer / photographer. I've been trained with lighting, camera gear, photo production, client / model posing, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, and certified with Fulltime Filmmakers, as well as FAA 107a licensed.
