Junior Sammy Restoration drove from Florida to Houston to deal with frozen-pipe busting in one of my rental properties. They came to inspect, took their time to explain everything. Sammy and his team came to do all the water mitigation they were very professional, fast and clean. I will now be using them for my rental properties in Orlando, Kissimmee and Miami.

From the moment I called and requested a quote Junior Sammy Restoration responded in a timely matter. Junior Sammy Restoration worked with me and gave me a fair price to complete the work I requested. They company and staff were punctual, professional, and completed the job up to my standard. After completion of the job they cleaned up after themselves removing all the waste/debris and taking it with them which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have to.
