We carefully thought it through and decided we really needed someone and began our search. We found Susan with What Really Matters, Inc. and it was a wonderful experience! She was so much more than a "day of coordinator!" She helped us so much with her creative ideas and caring attitude and started as soon as we contacted her! Not just on our wedding day! We are so happy we found her and can't thank her enough for making our special day so amazing!

I am the Student Government Sponsor at a local High School. After meeting with 6 event planners and hearing their vision for our "Nightmare" themed Homecoming dance, we decided to go with Marie Walker, owner of Dreams and Experiences Event Planning. Marie and her team absolutely NAILED it! Marie is a great communicator and checked in with us every step of the way. She also sent photos of what we could expect. She made customized desserts for our event and has a perfect eye for detail. The entire school was in LOVE with her work, and if you know any teenagers, you know that they are not easily impressed. Prices were also very fair. We are already looking forward to working with Marie and Dreams and Experiences again next year!
Anna created the perfect environment for my wedding! She made our aisle runner, bouquets, centerpieces, and the entire wedding decor! She came highly recommend from one of my friends!!! Andrea and Cristina of Lou and Pepper are the best. They are true professional party curators and very easy to work with. My birthday party, which they helped plan, was absolutely the most wonderful party I have ever had. Andrea and Cristina are so talented besides being very organized and hardworking. Andrea and Cristina kept in good communication all through the party planning process and beyond. All of my concerns were addressed promptly. They always respected my ideas and just embellished them with their own creative expertise. They planned my party like it was their own. From the Venue Manager, to the DJ, Videographer and Photobooth vendors, Andrea and Cristina coordinated everything seamlessly. They were meticulous in getting every detail of the party perfect. Andrea and Cristina really cared that my event was just like I wanted...and it was! I had so many comments from my guests about the beautiful décor. The ambience was festive and fun. Many guests told me that it was the BEST party they had ever been too. I totally agree. It was absolutely fantastic. Andrea and Cristina are so caring and devoted to making every event they are hired for special. They are wonderful to work with and really care about their clients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about A Friend Affair Event Planning. My fiance and I got engaged September 2013, set our wedding date on Christmas Eve (when I found my dream venue), and hired A Friend Affair a few shorts weeks later for our April 2014 wedding. We had three short months to plan our wedding and couldn't have pulled it off without A Friend Affair. I wouldn't have been able to sit back and enjoy the day if I didn't have Hannah as my wedding planner. Our day was absolutely perfect and felt like a dream thanks to her. Absolutely wonderful catering for our wedding of about 80 people. Not just the best wedding food ever but great service. A lot of compliments from family and friends about both. In planning my coordinator/event manager was on top of everything. I am a details person and she was right there with me through the entire planning process. From planning, to day of set up, to service staff, everything was on point. I had full confidence in Yummo's ability to make the cocktail hour and reception go smoothly. A lot of different packages available to work with your budget. When the event ended at 10, everything had to be out by midnight. The entire team pitched in and got well before the deadline. From start to finish, our event was well executed. So happy we went with Yummo's!

I never dreamed of having a big wedding. I wanted to elope, but I married into a traditional family who insisted we have a wedding. So, I started planning a small (around 100 people) wedding by myself living 13 hours away from my family and closest friends. After booking most of my vendors I realized I was over my head and had no idea how the day of my wedding would be able to work out since I couldn't get ready and make the venue was ready at the same time. I needed help! We hired Alicia about 4 months before our wedding. She was amazing and helped us save money on various things like programs, decorations, and she helped us negotiate with our location vendor even though we hired her after we booked them. Alicia made our day truly magical. She kept everything on track leading up to our big day and the day of and made sure we were comfortable and having fun the whole time. Our wedding day was everything we never knew we wanted and more because of her. In fact our venue didn't have enough servers present to accommodate our guests, and I had no idea until after our wedding was said and done because she stepped in and ran the kitchen and tended to our guests. I highly recommend Aylesworth Events for anything from birthdays to weddings. They are highly professional, organized and efficient. We hired Just-In Thyme to cater a plated dinner for our wedding reception. They were very easy to communicate with and plan our event with. They suggested some amazing food combinations. We ended up deciding to go a little safe with our choices to accommodate all our guests tastes. I was pleasantly surprised with how elegant, professional, and upscale our choices turned out. I also feel we got a lot for our money per plate. It included 2 appetizers, salad, meat, vegetable, starch, dessert, and some beverages. We did have some last minute trouble regarding having a stove/oven available at our venue. It caused some stress, but Just-In Thyme came through beautifully and adapted well. Everything turned out wonderfully. And most importantly, the food was delicious!
