- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% to retirees and animal shelter employees. We divide the total amount into two payments. *After the 4th lesson there will be a $75 cancellation fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an evaluation of the dog, listening carefully to what the client need, evaluate the environment and the situation and create a work plan together with the client. IN OUR WORKING METHOD, WE NOT ONLY TEACH THE DOG, IF NECESSARY WE READAPT THE DOG TO THE NEEDS OF THE PACK AND WE ALSO TEACH THE HUMAN TO UNDERSTAND THE DOG AND THUS PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.

Dog behavior specialist, i have rehabilitated aggressive dogs, fearful dogs, dogs with high anxiety, k9 trainer, shutzhund trainer, i have trained blind dogs and deaf dogs, service dogs
