Introduction: I have over 30 years in the construction and rehabilitation of residential properties. I had my own general contracting business, and I am able to do cost up and write specifications for complete rehabs. For the last eight years, I was a union carpenter in New Jersey, working at the casinos in Atlantic City. I recently retired and moved to Florida. I am in the process of investing in properties to flip, but I still have this experience that cannot go to waste, so if I am contacted for rehab work, I am available.
