- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system for my services. All my services are provided at discounted prices, and I grant discounts whenever I can when it comes to the cost of Labor on big jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a profession that never stops growing and changing. Therefore, you must always be learning and adapting to the growth and changes in technology. In this field, the technology changes every 3-4 months. What was new and cutting edge six months ago may now be old and outdated. Sometimes, obsolete. I continue my education everyday keeping up with the new technology, and better procedures for providing Services and performing Repairs. I am always abreast of the new certifications, and any seminars or workshops that will further my knowledge and experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into my line of work because I have loved working with all types of computers since High School. I am doing it now, and started my own business because having my own business in computer services has always been a dream of mine. I am following my dream.
