- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually provide promotions throughout the year. I have listed my service fees on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with the client and obtain certain details and determine if I may be able to help. At times when I cannot provide my services as the client might be in need of legal advice, I would usually advise them of making an appointment with a Florida licensed attorney.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Science for Paralegal law studies and a bachelors in business management; further, I have over 14 years experience as a Paralegal.
